Warranty Policy
Thank you for your purchase from SmartArtBots. We offer a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for all our products, starting from the date of purchase.
Coverage:
- Applies only to original purchaser for products bought directly from SmartArtBots or authorized resellers.
- Covers manufacturing defects but not damage from misuse, accidents, or wear and tear.
Claim Process:
- Contact Customer Service with proof of purchase and a description and photos of the defect.
- We will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. If not feasible, a refund may be offered.
Exclusions:
- Does not cover products modified or repaired outside of authorized service providers.
- Warranty is non-transferable.
Limitations:
- This warranty replaces all other warranties, explicit or implied, and limits our liability to repair, replacement, or refund.
